I. Mold Structure

The injection mold consists of the following parts:

IV. Hot runner

Each set of injection mold was supplied with hot runner plate and a single –cavity temperature control sprue as a sub-runner. The hot runner plate and the cartridge heater require a pre-heating to 270 -280°C before the production is started. The hot runner plate is heated uniformly with imported heat-production pipes. When working, the temperature of the hot runner plate will be controlled under the desired constant temperature status by the function of the thermocouple. The single-cavity sprue was heated with imported heating ring which gives even heating .thanks to the microcomputer-regulated voltage.
